By accessing or using ICA Corp's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ICA Corp.
ICA Corp provides comprehensive technology services including cybersecurity and compliance consulting, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure management, and digital marketing solutions. Specific service terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements and statements of work.
We offer multiple engagement models including Fixed-Price projects with defined scope, Time & Materials arrangements for flexible requirements, Dedicated Team partnerships for long-term engagements, and Managed Services for ongoing operational support. The specific engagement model, pricing, and terms are established in the applicable service agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during an engagement is transferred to the client upon full payment. ICA Corp retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during engagements. Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of ICA Corp unless explicitly licensed.
ICA Corp maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data, business information, and project details. All engagements are covered by comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and IP protection agreements. Our employees undergo regular security awareness training and background checks.
ICA Corp's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
